Using Your Test Candidate Account

Practice tests available from Certiport directly to candidates:
To use your Certiport Test Candidate account Login here and enter your Test Candidate username and password. To create a Test Candidate Account Register here.
Printing a Certificate
- Click on My Transcript (Scroll over the My Certiport tab)
- To print your certificate, click on PDF or XPS next to your certification
- Then click on the Print Official Certificate button in the bottom right hand corner
Ordering a new certificate
- Click on My Transcript (Scroll over the My Certiport tab)
- To request certificates, select Personal View from the view mode drop down menu
- Click the Order Official Certificate button next to your certification
MTA certificate
MTA Certificates are only available through online download. You can obtain any of your Microsoft certificates using the Microsoft Certified Professional website: https://mcp.microsoft.com/ You will need your Windows Live ID that has been associated with your Microsoft Certified ID in order to access this site. For steps on how to obtain your MC ID through Certiports systems please click on MC ID above.
Have not received certificate
If a certificate is to be mailed, certificates are mailed within a few days of passing exams to the address placed in your Test Candidate Profile. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery outside of the US. If the certificate is not received within this time please click here to contact us or one of our Certiport Authorized Partners.
If the CATC in which a candidate has taken an exam has signed a site license the candidate is responsible for printing their own certificate, or the candidate can order thru their Test Candidate account an Official Certification. Please feel free to contact your Certiport Authorized Testing Center Administrator if more information is needed.
How to find exam results and reprint exam score report
- Click on My Transcript (Scroll over the My Certiport tab)
- To view failed exams uncheck the Show Only Passed Exams checkbox
- Click on the Score Report button next to the exam
How to Authorize a viewer of transcript
- Click on My Transcript (Scroll over the My Certiport tab)
- Change the view mode to: Authorized View (shows what your transcript will look like to a 3rd Party (employer, college, or teacher))
- Click on the Authorize a Viewer button and follow the instructions
Print transcript
- Click on My Transcript (Scroll over the My Certiport tab)
- Click Show Printable View and print the document

- Click on My Transcript (Scroll over the My Certiport tab)
- Click on PDF or XPS next to your certification
ID is listed in the bottom right hand corner of your certificate
Register for an Exam Group
If you have been asked to register for an Exam Group, you may do so by entering the Exam Group ID into your Test Candidate Account.
By joining an exam group you acknowledge that your exam results, along with certain personal information, may be made available to the owner of the exam group, the test center or institution.
- Login and enter the Exam Group ID into the field and click on the Register Me button
Note: You still must select/enter the Exam Group ID each time you take an exam
Purchasing an Exam Voucher
Inside the U.S. please contact your Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC) before purchasing a voucher. If the CATC instructs you to bring your own voucher, you may purchase a voucher that is good at any center in the U.S. by following the instructions below.
- Start by registering a Test Candidate account with Certiport.
- Once registered, you'll be directed to the MyCertiport page.
- From the MyCertiport page you can access the Certiport online store through the Purchase an exam voucher button.

Please note that the following terms and conditions may apply to the purchase and use of all vouchers:
- Voucher prices may vary, please contact your CATC for more information.
- Proctor and/or other Testing Center fees may apply. Ensure you have discussed all applicable fees with the Testing Center prior to sitting the exam.
- CATC's handle all scheduling of exams. Please contact your desired Testing Center to schedule your exam.
- Every exam is not necessarily available at every CATC. Ensure your chosen Testing Center is set up to deliver the desired exam.
- Once you have purchased your voucher you may assign it to yourself (see next section) which secures the voucher from being redeemed fraudulently.
- All vouchers must be used prior to their expiration dates, without exception.
- Some vouchers are also available with a retake option. Retake vouchers are not sold separately.
Assigning a Voucher
Once you have a voucher, you may assign it to yourself. Doing so secures the voucher from being redeemed fraudulently. Login to your Test Candidate Account, enter your voucher number in the Voucher Number field and click on Assign Voucher to Me. Once the voucher is assigned, you will be the only person who can use it.
Redeem Practice Test/Learning Plan Assessment Voucher
IC³ GS3 practice tests and Microsoft Office 2007 Learning Plan Assessment vouchers can be redeemed by following these instructions:
- Login to your Test Candidate Account
- Enter your voucher number in the voucher number field and click on Assign Voucher To Me
- Select your language and click on Next
- Select which exam you would like to take and click on Next
- Click on Start Exam
Retake Voucher Policy
Note the following items concerning policies on retake vouchers:
- A retake voucher code will only be issued if you have purchased an exam with retake voucher product.
- Retake voucher codes will only be issued if you have failed the exam. If you do not fail the exam, a retake voucher code will not be issued.
- A retake voucher code will be sent to the email address on your Certiport account in addition to automatically being assigned to your test candidate profile. The original code purchased, once used, will not work for additional testing.
- The retake voucher code will only work for the same exam that was taken originally. You cannot attempt to take a different exam with a retake voucher code.
- The retake voucher code will expire 30 days from the date it is issued. This will be a different expiration date than the original voucher code used for the first exam attempt.
How to find official certificate-holder logos for use on resumes and more:
Microsoft: Visit the private Microsoft Certification site to download your new logo. You will need your Windows Live ID that has been associated with your Microsoft Certified ID in order to access this site. For steps on how to obtain your MC ID through Certiports systems please click on MC ID above.
Adobe/IC³/Autodesk: : Login to your Certiport Test Candidate account and click on the Download User Logos quicklink to accept the logo agreements and receive logos available for exams passed.
CompTIA: Visit the CompTIA site for information on logo availability and usage.
HP/Intuit: Logos for test candidate use are not available at this time.

To access the private Microsoft Certification site you will need your Windows Live ID and your Microsoft Certified ID.
To obtain your MC ID in Certiport's systems please follow these instructions:
- Login to your Certiport Test Candidate Account
- Click on My Profile in top right hand corner
- Click on the Programs tab
- Directly across from Microsoft you will see in orange letters: You are registered. Edit registration data. Click on Edit Registration Data

Once logged in click on My Profile in the top right hand corner
I have more than one profile/Merge Profiles
Certiport is able to merge your profiles together. Click here to contact us or one of our Certiport Authorized Partners and provide your candidate usernames, email addresses, birthdate, and mailing addresses associated to your profiles.
If you cannot remember your password please click on Forgot Password in the top right hand corner. You will be asked to enter your candidate username and answer your secret question. Then your password will be emailed to you at the address listed in your Test Candidate Profile.
If you cannot remember your candidate username please click here to contact us or one of our Certiport Authorized Partners and provide your candidate profile information (name, email address, mailing address, etc).
In order for a user to be added as a Proctor, they must first accept the Proctor Agreement. This can be done during the registration process by selecting the proctoring purpose on the last screen. If a user did not select this purpose during registration, they can accept the agreement by following these instructions:
- Log in to your Test Candidate Account
- Click My Profile in the top-right corner
- Select the Roles tab
- Click Become a Proctor
To proctor for a Certiport Authorized Testing Center the Organization Administrator must associate you to the center.
